Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will be the primary architect of our growth. Your mission is to consistently identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber Life Planners and Business Associates. You will represent a legacy brand, ensuring that only the most driven and ethically aligned talent joins our mission to provide financial security to families across India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Proactively source and recruit Life Planners and Business Associates to meet monthly and quarterly manpower targets.
• Talent Screening: Conduct rigorous initial screenings and behavioral interviews to identify candidates with the right "sales DNA" and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interview Management: Coordinate and facilitate final interviews between candidates and the leadership team.
• Onboarding & Induction: Lead the seamless transition of new joiners by managing the documentation, onboarding process, and initial induction training.
• Training Coordination: Work closely with mentors to ensure new associates are registered for and complete their mandatory certification and product training.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of candidate pipelines, recruitment funnels, and the early-stage progress of new recruits.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of the firm, communicating the value proposition of a career in the financial services industry with passion and clarity.
• Candidate ProfileCommunication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
• Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to build rapport quickly and "sell" the career opportunity to potential candidates.
• Organizational Excellence: Highly disciplined in maintaining databases, follow-up schedules, and reporting.
• Result-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and understands the urgency of high-volume recruitment.
