Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Generate and maintain customer leads in CRM/software.
  • Follow up with interested clients regularly.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain proper call records and daily reports.
  • Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
