Job Description:

We are hiring a responsible Accounts Executive to manage complete financial operations for our Fire Safety Manufacturing company.

Main Responsibilities:

Banking Operations: Handle all day-to-day banking work including cheque deposits, RTGS/NEFT payments, bank reconciliation, and maintaining liaison with bank officials. Ensure timely clearance of all banking transactions.

Bank Loan & Finance: Manage complete documentation for Bank Loans, CC Limit, Overdraft, and LC facilities. Prepare and submit stock statements, CMA data, and financial reports to banks. Follow up for loan renewals and disbursements.

Purchase Accounting: Record all purchase entries for raw materials and finished goods. Verify supplier bills with Purchase Orders and GRN. Process vendor payments and maintain Accounts Payable ledger.

Sales Accounting: Create GST invoices and E-way bills for all dispatches. Update sales records and maintain Accounts Receivable. Follow up with clients for timely payment collection.

Statutory Compliance: Assist in monthly GST filing, TDS deductions, and Tally data entry. Support in audit preparation and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, Bank Loan processing, and MS Excel. Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be preferred
