Assistant Construction Manager (Civil)

Job Summary:
1. Responsible for planning, Execution and monitoring all Civil activities at the project site including Survey, Layout Marking, Excavation, Pre-Cast building execution for the respective site, and testing activities.

2. Raising RFI for site activities and following up for closure in unifier. 

3. Follow up with EDRC team for timely availability of drawings and materials. 

4. Responsible for subcontractor billing in coordination with planning team and material reconciliation of respective sites. 

5. Coordination with inter department team for interfacing activities. Accordingly, preparation of integrated schedule and monitoring of the same. 

6. Participation in progress review meetings with department head/Package manager/Project Director.

7. Responsible for material inspection at store/site in coordination with QA/QC team. 

8. Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and timely completion of all activities. 

9. Coordinate with Clients, Store, P&M, subcontractors, vendors, QC, planning, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution and documentation.

10. Responsible for planning, Execution and monitoring all Civil activities at the project site including Survey, Layout Marking ,Excavation , Concreting of Civil and Foundation for the respective site, and testing activities.

Experience in Pre-Cast Building and Cast In-situ Building 

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of Pre-Cast Building.
• Ability to read drawings and execute as per quality/safety requirements
• Knowledge of safety standards (IS codes, BIS standards)
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Dealing with client for smooth execution of work.
• Proficiency in Power point presentation, digital reporting tools.
