Structural Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and models using Autodesk Revit for U.S.-based projects.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and construction details for wood, steel, concrete, and CMU structures.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to accurately interpret design intent into drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on markups and design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with U.S. standards and project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing standards across projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in structural drafting using Revit.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings and detailing practices.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. construction standards and codes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of building components and structural systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
