Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting operations of the company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GST compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling accounts independently and ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation, E-way bills, and ensure timely compliance.

Prepare and file TDS returns and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget planning.

Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.

Support management in financial planning and cost control activities.

Handle payroll accounting and salary-related entries if required.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

4 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and taxation.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Good understanding of banking transactions and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
