Job Description

Job Role (Back Office – HR Support):

  • Source candidate data from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen basic candidate profiles as per job requirements
  • Share shortlisted candidate data with recruiters
  • Maintain and update candidate records in Excel/CRM
  • Coordinate with recruiters for data requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain recruitment trackers
  • Support recruiters in building a strong candidate pipeline
