Job Description

Designation : Business development Manager ( BDM )


  • Responsible for recruiting and managing agents to drive sales through the agency channel.
  • Provide training, motivation, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Monitor agent productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Build strong relationships to promote long-term business growth.

 

 Candidate Profile :


  • Must be Graduate.
  • Must have 2+ year of experience in any field sales.
  • Age Criteria:- 22 to 32.
  • insurance candidate preference.
  • BFSI candidates will also be given preference.
  • candidate must be local.
