Job Description

Co-ordinate dispatch of textile goods to customers transporters. Follow up with transport companies for timely pick up and delivery. Communication with seller parties, suppliers, and customers regarding dispatch status. Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, LR copies, E-way bills, invoices, and chalans. Ensure proper packing and dispatch as per company instructions. Track pending dispatches and update management regularly Coordinate with warehouse/ store staff for loading and material movement. Handle transporter booking and negotiate freight if required. Maintain daily dispatch records in Excel/ software. Resolve dispatch-rekated issues and delivery delays.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good communication and follow up skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email). Knowledge of transport and dispatch process. Responsible and punctual. Experience in textile trading industry preferred.
