Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations for our online saree business. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, maintaining Excel reports, handling returns, and managing marketplace operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Process and monitor daily orders from marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Nykaa.
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and operational records.
  • Handle return, exchange, cancellation, and RTO cases.
  • Update return remarks and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage inventory and stock updates across online platforms.
  • Download, prepare, and analyze daily sales and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor seller panel activities and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
