We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Manager & Handler to join our team and drive the growth of our online business.
Position Overview:
As the eCommerce Manager & Handler at Carkit 360, you will play a key role in managing our online store’s operations, overseeing product listings, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, managing inventory, and maintaining an efficient order fulfillment process. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital presence is strong and that our eCommerce operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- eCommerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase online sales, and boost customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align eCommerce efforts with broader business goals.
- Product Listings & Content Management: Oversee the daily management of product listings, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and categorization. Ensure that all products are correctly listed and optimized for search.
- Customer Order Handling: Process and track customer orders from online purchases through to delivery. Ensure efficient order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and proper coordination with logistics teams to resolve any issues related to shipping or product availability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. Track product availability to minimize out-of-stock scenarios and optimize product listings for availability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, product questions, and issues related to their orders. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Website Management & Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the website for usability and sales performance. Implement improvements based on data analysis to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase conversions.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Analyze key metrics, including sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, such as paid ads, email marketing, SEO, and social media promotions, to drive traffic to the site and increase engagement.
- Marketplace Management: If applicable, manage Carkit 360’s presence on third-party platforms (such as Amazon or eBay), ensuring product listings are optimized, and orders are handled efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of the latest eCommerce trends, technological advancements, and best practices. Recommend new tools and processes that could improve efficiency, sales, or the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce tools and platforms (Amazon,flipkart,indiamart) and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
