Job Description of Fashion Assistant 

As a Fashion Assistant at Pantaloons, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing styling advice, assisting customers with fashion choices, and ensuring the store is visually appealing. You will support the sales team in achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining store presentation in line with the brand’s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and offer styling advice based on current trends, customer preferences, and store offerings.

• Assist customers in locating specific items and make personalized recommendations.

• Handle customer queries & complaints.

Sales Support:

• Drive sales through effective customer engagement and knowledge of fashion trends.

• Meet individual and team sales targets.

Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure that the store is well-organized, tidy, and visually appealing. • Assist with store displays, mannequins, and promotional materials.

• Replenish stock on the sales floor as needed, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.

Inventory Management:

• Assist with stock control, including restocking, receiving new inventory, and performing stock counts.

• Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and availability.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve store goals.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new products and fashion trends.
