Textile Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Design Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative textile designs, understanding market trends, and contributing fresh ideas to create unique and commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original textile designs, prints, and patterns for garments (especially ethnic wear preferred).
• Create design concepts based on seasonal trends, client requirements, and brand identity.
• Work on color combinations, fabric selection, and print placements.
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare design files using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with current fashion and textile trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in textile design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong sense of color, pattern, and fabric understanding.
• Creativity and ability to generate unique design ideas.
• Basic knowledge of printing techniques and textile production processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
