Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle—from lead qualification and software demonstrations to on boarding, implementation, training, customer success, renewals, and account growth. The ideal candidate should understand textile business operations and possess strong relationship management skills to help customers maximize the value of Online Textile ERP.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, exhibitions, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and conduct ERP product demonstrations.
- Handle customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Coordinate ERP implementation and customer onboarding.
- Conduct product training for customers and their teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure software adoption.
- Manage follow-ups, renewals, upselling, and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
