Job Description
🧭 Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our restaurant partner network. The role includes visiting restaurants, explaining platform benefits, and onboarding new partners to our food delivery app.
Freshers are welcome — complete training and support will be provided.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit restaurants in assigned areas.
Explain app benefits and partnership opportunities.
Onboard new restaurant partners.
Negotiate basic commercial terms.
Support menu setup and partner go-live process.
Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners.
Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
Update daily sales activity in app/CRM.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding.
🧠 Required Skills
Good communication and confidence in field interaction
Basic negotiation and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented attitude
Local market understanding
Willingness to learn and work in field sales
Basic smartphone usage
👤 Candidate Requirements
Experience in field sales is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers can apply – training will be provided
Must own a bike and smartphone
Good communication in Hindi / Gujarati / English
Self-motivated and comfortable with field work
