Job Description
Role Overview:
Drive community growth, member engagement, and smooth operations for NIA Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
· Member Growth: Invite prospects, conduct coffee meets, present NIA, and convert visitors into members and take care of membership renewals.
· Meetings & Coordination: Prepare PPTs, manage and run weekly meetings, Spotlight rotations, group calendars, etc.
· Social Media & Brand: Review posts, suggest trend-based content, and ensure brand consistency.
· Operations: Assist in Handling on-boarding SOPs, venue logistics, and supplies.
· Engagement & Leadership Support: Organize events, trainings, ensure platform engagement, and coordinate with NIA leadership.
Skills & Requirements:
· Strong communication & presentation skills (English).
· Excellent coordination & relationship-building ability.
· Organized, flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
· Basic social media knowledge.
· Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
