Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Pan India recruitment for sales & operations roles (BM, ABM, RE, etc.)
- Manage bulk hiring for branch expansion
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies & job portals (Naukri, Indeed)
- Screen candidates & schedule interviews with business teams
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation & joining follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment MIS & hiring tracker
Key Skills:
- Pan India hiring experience
- Vendor management
- Strong communication & coordination
- Ability to handle bulk hiring
Preferred:
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan
