Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, training coordination, policy implementation, and employer branding activities. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments, consultancies, and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance across units.



Key

Responsibilities1. Recruitment

& Hiring·      Prepare Job Descriptions (JDs) based on manpower requirements received from different units and departments.

·      Coordinate with respective teams for JD approvals and hiring requirements.

·      Share approved JDs with recruitment consultancies and post openings on job portals.

·      Follow up with consultancies for candidate sourcing and maintain regular recruitment coordination.

·      Screen candidate CVs and conduct first-round interviews.

·      Share shortlisted profiles with concerned departments and schedule second-round interviews.

·      Collect interview feedback from panels and coordinate further hiring processes.

·      Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer/appointment letters.

·      Collect and verify joining documents from selected candidates.

·      Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

·      Conduct background verification and ensure smooth candidate onboarding and joining.



2. Employee

Onboarding & Induction·      Share welcome emails and joining instructions with selected candidates.

·      Complete joining formalities, employee documentation, and system access coordination.

·      Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

·      Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.



3. HR

Operations, Process Standardization & Compliance·      Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

·      Maintain proper HR documentation and records.

·      Support HR process automation initiatives.

·      Conduct regular HR process reviews and coordinate improvements.



4. Employee

Engagement & Welfare·      Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives.

·      Conduct employee feedback surveys and support action plan implementation.

·      Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for resolutions.

·      Promote a positive work culture and employee well-being.



5. Training

& Development·      Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.

·      Coordinate internal and external training programs.

·      Maintain training records and attendance.

·      Evaluate training effectiveness and support employee development initiatives.



7. Social

Media & Employer Branding·      Monitor and respond to recruitment-related messages on LinkedIn pages for Ginza and SOIE.

·      Support employer branding initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.

·      Assist in promoting company culture and hiring campaigns on social media platforms.

Qualification

& Experience·      Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

·      1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment role

·      Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
