Operation Assistant

You’ll be working directly with the Head Of Ops, handling the day-to-day execution that keeps Mera Aura moving from orders to operations to small but important details most people ignore.

If you like structured work, ownership, and being close to how a brand actually runs (not just watching from the side), this will fit.

• What You’ll DoManage order processing & data entry (Shopify / sheets accuracy is critical)
• Handle packaging coordination and make sure orders go out clean and on time
• Track and update shipping & delivery statuses
• Coordinate with courier partners for delays, returns, and issues
• Maintain basic operational records (inventory, dispatch logs, etc.)
• Support the founder in day-to-day execution tasks
• Identify small gaps in operations and fix them without being told twice

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks but still stays sharp
• Has a “get it done” mindset not waiting for instructions all the time
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets / Excel
