Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Real Estate Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our real estate brokerage and consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, follow-ups, social media management, property marketing, site visit coordination, and overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
- Manage property listings and maintain client databases.
- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate property photo/video shoots and marketing activities.
- Generate and manage leads from various platforms.
- Maintain daily reports and CRM records.
- Communicate with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Assist in property marketing and sales activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
