We are looking for a well-groomed, confident and patient-friendly Receptionist who can create a premium first impression, manage front-desk activities and ensure smooth coordination between patients and the clinic team.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Greet every patient warmly and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.Manage the reception desk, waiting area cleanliness and overall ambience.Assist patients with registration forms and update details accurately in CRM/OPD software.Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors, counselors and care buddies.Handle all incoming calls, missed calls and WhatsApp messages professionally.Process payments, verify receipts and prepare GST invoices as required.Coordinate online consultations by sharing Google Meet links and guiding patients.Escort patients politely to consultation or procedure rooms when needed.Maintain excellent grooming, communication and service standards throughout the day.
