Job Description
Responsibilities: As the face of our gym, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting members with a positive attitude, tracking daily attendance via biometrics, managing walk-in inquiries and giving facility tours to convert prospects into members, handling follow-up calls/WhatsApp messages, processing membership payments and renewals, making proactive fee reminder calls, maintaining accurate data entries in Excel or gym software, managing trainer-client schedules, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure the gym floor, music, and hygiene are perfectly maintained.
