Job Description

  • Call leads and clients to explain courses and services
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly
  • Handle client objections and close deals confidently
  • Convert leads into successful sales closures
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective closing skills
  • Help clients during onboarding and sales process
  • Coordinate meetings and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure clients complete assigned tasks/homework
  • Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Generate references and referrals from existing clients
  • Maintain daily follow-up reports and records
