Sales & Marketing Executive

Utkal Engineers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell lifting solutions, lifting slings, shackles, and related industrial products in the Surat to Daman region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets across industries such as construction, engineering, marine, logistics, manufacturing, and heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial clients, contractors, factories, and project sites regularly.
• Generate new business opportunities for lifting slings, shackles, wire ropes, and lifting accessories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
• Follow up on inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
