📝 Job Overview:

Valpans Associates is hiring Site Engineers for valuation and property-related field assignments. The role involves day-to-day property site visits, site data collection, report drafting, and data analysis from government websites for planning and compliance purposes. Freshers are welcome to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided for 6 months based on performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct day-to-day property and site visits

• Collect and verify site-related data and measurements

• Prepare and draft valuation and inspection reports

• Perform data analysis using government websites and records

• Support planning activities and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting records

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates only

• Age: 18 – 26 years

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering mandatory

• Freshers can apply

• Basic English required
