Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Embroidery Sketcher who can create innovative embroidery sketches, design concepts, and artwork suitable for garments and textile products. The candidate should have a good understanding of embroidery styles, fabric aesthetics, color combinations, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create hand sketches and embroidery design concepts for garments and fabrics
- Develop placement designs, motifs, borders, and pattern ideas
- Coordinate with design and sampling teams for execution
- Research latest embroidery and fashion trends
- Prepare design references and mood boards
- Suggest suitable embroidery techniques, stitch styles, and embellishments
- Ensure designs are practical for production and market requirements
- Modify sketches as per buyer/client or management feedback
- Maintain proper design records and artwork files
