Job Description

Procedure Assistant will support doctors and clinical staff during skin, hair, and aesthetic procedures. Candidate will be responsible for patient preparation, assisting in treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during skin and hair treatment procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and required instruments before procedures
  • Handle patient preparation and provide basic guidance before/after treatment
  • Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene protocols in procedure areas
  • Manage consumables, equipment setup, and stock availability
  • Record patient details and procedure-related documentation
  • Support clinic operations and coordinate with reception/team when needed
  • Ensure patient comfort and professional behavior at all times
