Social Media Marketing

We are hiring a creative and responsible Social Media Executive and Content Creator to manage the social media presence of our financial services business.

Our business provides services related to Mutual Funds, Demat and Trading Accounts, Insurance, Fixed Income Products, Bonds and Commodities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business accounts

• Create financial educational content, social media posts, reels, stories, carousels and promotional creatives

• Plan and maintain a daily, weekly and monthly social media content calendar

• Record and edit short-form videos and Instagram reels

• Design attractive posts, thumbnails, banners and advertisements using Canva or similar software

• Write captions, reel hooks, video scripts, hashtags and call-to-action content

• Upload and schedule content on different social media platforms

• Cover office events, investor awareness programs, seminars and customer activities

• Coordinate with management for financial topics, offers and marketing campaigns

• Reply to social media comments, messages and customer enquiries

• Generate leads through organic social media marketing and paid advertisements

• Maintain records of social media leads and coordinate with the sales team

• Track reach, engagement, followers, leads and campaign performance

• Research trending financial topics and social media content ideas

• Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms

• Ensure that financial content follows company guidelines and applicable compliance requirements

• Avoid publishing misleading claims, guaranteed return statements or unapproved financial information

• Perform other digital marketing and office-related tasks assigned by management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate

• Experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing is preferred

• Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio can also apply

• Knowledge of Canva is required

• Basic video editing knowledge using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Meta Business Suite

• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertisements will be an advantage

• Good content writing and communication skills

• Ability to create content in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English

• Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Demat Accounts, Bonds, Fixed Income Products or Commodities will be preferred

• Candidate should be creative, disciplined, responsible and comfortable working with deadlines

• Candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos when required

• Candidates should have their own smartphone with a good camera

• Candidates living near Katargam, Surat will be preferred
