Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with queries. The candidate should have good communication skills, a convincing attitude, and basic computer knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries
  • Explain products/services clearly
  • Maintain call records and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure
