Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: On-site

• 💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based
• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹25,000/- per month
• 🛠️ Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for car detailing, ceramic coating, PPF & protection services
• Explain service benefits clearly and confidently
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales
• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
• Handle customer queries professionally and politely
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations
• Skills & Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
• Basic knowledge or interest in cars & car care services (training provided)
• A convincing and positive attitude
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer and calling system knowledge
