Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented female Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our real estate consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details to prospective clients, and converting leads into site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally

Clearly explain property details, project highlights, pricing, and location advantages

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Build strong rapport with clients and maintain follow-ups

Convince and motivate clients to visit the site / office meeting

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English; Gujarati is an added advantage)

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach

Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments

Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred .

Good follow-up and relationship management skills

Experience:

1–2 years in telecalling / sales / customer handling (Real Estate experience preferred)

Salary:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)
