Job Description

Tele Sales : Telesales by making telephone calls to customers


Achieving Targets : To Meet or exceed Sales Targets assigned periodically.


Lead Generation : Generate Leads by using company provided databases, online research, or other resources to identify potential customers who may be interested.


Customer Engagement : To engage potential customers in conversations, build rapport, and identify their needs and preferences and to overcome objections and concerns to move the sales process forward.


Closing Sales : One of the primary goals is to close sales. This involves guiding potential customers through the purchasing process, handling paperwork or digital transactions, and securing commitments to purchase.


Follow-up : To follow up with potential customers who haven't made a decision yet. This can involve sending additional information, answering questions, or addressing concerns.
