Job Description
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and following up on inquiries to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Interaction & Site Visits: Act as the primary contact for prospective buyers, conducting site visits to showcase properties, explaining project features, and conducting negotiations to close deals.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Execute marketing plans, including digital campaigns, social media, and on-ground activities to increase brand visibility.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers/agents) to drive inventory liquidation.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on competitor pricing, market trends, and buyer preferences to provide input on project positioning.
- Documentation & CRM: Maintain accurate client records, handle documentation, and monitor sales performance using CRM tools.
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate with CRM and technical teams to ensure smooth booking, collection follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: 12 the pass or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or property sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate regulations and residential construction processes.
