• Lead and manage the Two Wheeler Finance-Collection department, overseeing collection activities and strategies.
• Ensure timely and efficient recovery of loan payments, implementing effective collection processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance recovery rates.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the collection team, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce.
