About the Role
We are hiring energetic and execution-focused Business Development Associates (BDAs) to
manage on-ground operations for the InstaHelp category at Urban Company.
This is a field-intensive role where the candidate will work closely with service partners, ensure
operational excellence, drive partner engagement, and maintain service quality across assigned
zones.
Role: Operations BDA – InstaHelp
Location: Mumbai
Department: Operations / Business Development
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily on-ground operations for the InstaHelp category
● Visit service partners regularly to ensure operational compliance and quality standards
● Monitor partner performance, productivity, and partner metrics
● Resolve operational issues in the field and coordinate with internal teams for quick
closures
● Ensure adequate partner supply and availability across assigned zones
● Conduct audits and maintain SOP adherence
● Collect market feedback and identify operational improvement opportunities
● Drive partner retention and relationship management
Candidate Requirements
● 0–3 years of experience in field operations, sales, or business development
● Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
● Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
