Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and email channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  • Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Good English communication (written) skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Typing speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Preferred Skills:Prior experience in customer support / BPO / backend
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹ 18000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience)
