Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and email channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good English communication (written) skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-centric approach
- Preferred Skills:Prior experience in customer support / BPO / backend
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹ 18000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience)
