Role Overview
The Inbound
Officer (AM) will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to
Retail Liabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving queries,
and identifying cross-selling opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend inbound calls from customers regarding Retail Liabilities.
- Process customer queries and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities for banking products during calls.
- Deliver high-quality communication and customer service within defined productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer delight through consistent and timely resolution of issues.
- Complete required logs and achieve end-of-day process targets.
- Adhere strictly to Information Security and quality process norms.
- Stay updated with process changes and organizational guidelines.
- Act on feedback provided by Team Leaders, Team Coaches, and Quality teams to improve performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (mandatory).
- Preferred experience: 1–2 years (minimum 6 months in a customer service role).
- Understanding of the call center/BPO industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach.
- Confident, positive, and willing to learn.
- Team player with integrity and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Work Schedule & Shifts9-hour shift with rotational weekly offs.
- Flexible to work on Sundays and holidays.
- No Target-Based Role
Shift Timings
For Female Employees:
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
For Male Employees:
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Shift Allowance₹200 per day (applicable for selected shifts)
Eligible Shifts:
Female Employees:
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Male Employees:
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Leave Policy8 rotational weekly offs per month.
- 30 General Leaves.
- 45 Paid Emergency Leaves.
- Compensation & Benefits CTC: Up to ₹3,71,000 per annum (based on interview performance).
- Monthly Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 (for experienced candidates).
- Shift allowance as applicable.
- Pick-up and drop facility available (Goregaon to Thane).
