Job Title: Inbound Officer (Assistant Manager – AM)

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Roll)

Role Overview

The Inbound

Officer (AM) will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to

Retail Liabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving queries,

and identifying cross-selling opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesAttend inbound calls from customers regarding Retail Liabilities.
  • Process customer queries and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities for banking products during calls.
  • Deliver high-quality communication and customer service within defined productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Ensure customer delight through consistent and timely resolution of issues.
  • Complete required logs and achieve end-of-day process targets.
  • Adhere strictly to Information Security and quality process norms.
  • Stay updated with process changes and organizational guidelines.
  • Act on feedback provided by Team Leaders, Team Coaches, and Quality teams to improve performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (mandatory).
  • Preferred experience: 1–2 years (minimum 6 months in a customer service role).
  • Understanding of the call center/BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach.
  • Confident, positive, and willing to learn.
  • Team player with integrity and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Work Schedule & Shifts9-hour shift with rotational weekly offs.
  • Flexible to work on Sundays and holidays.
  • No Target-Based Role

Shift Timings

For Female Employees:

  1. 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  2. 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  3. 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  4. 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

For Male Employees:

  1. 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  2. 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  3. 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  4. 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  5. 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  6. 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  7. 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Shift Allowance₹200 per day (applicable for selected shifts)

Eligible Shifts:

Female Employees:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Male Employees:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM



  • Leave Policy8 rotational weekly offs per month.
  • 30 General Leaves.
  • 45 Paid Emergency Leaves.
  • Compensation & Benefits CTC: Up to ₹3,71,000 per annum (based on interview performance).
  • Monthly Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 (for experienced candidates).
  • Shift allowance as applicable.
  • Pick-up and drop facility available (Goregaon to Thane).
