Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process (Yes Bank)
Location: Thane – Kasarvadavali
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading banking voice process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and concerns
- Provide accurate information and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain service quality and adhere to process guidelines
- Escalate issues when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication skills required
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- In-hand salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000
- Maximum CTC: ₹25,500

Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts
