BPO Executive – Job Description (Short)

Handle customer emails (inbound/outbound)

Resolve queries and provide support

Maintain good communication and service quality

Eligibility: 12th pass / Graduate | Fresher & Experienced

Shift: Rotational (Day/Night – 24×7)

Timing: 9 hours shift

Week Off: Rotational
