Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive – DBS IB
Job Summary:
Handle customer queries and provide support for DBS IB processes through calls or other channels while ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Follow process guidelines and meet service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)
- Excellent communication skills (Versant Level 5 required)
Salary:
- ₹20,500 in-hand
- ₹25,000 CTC
Shift Timings:
- Day Shift (Any 9-hour shift within below window)
- Boys: 8 AM – 10 PM
- Girls: 8 AM – 8 PM
Work Schedule:
- 1 rotational week off
