Data Entry Executive

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to support our operations at ManageProperty.io — a next-generation property management platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and updating property owner data in our system. This is a critical function as it directly impacts lead management, tenant experience, and overall platform efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update property owner details in the CRM
• Maintain structured records of owners, properties, and related information
• Verify data correctness and ensure zero errors in entries
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate owner information
• Ensure timely updates of new owner data and modifications
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with structured data and systems
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency
• Good communication skills for internal coordination
