Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting apparel and styling products according to their preferences. 

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience. 

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the store management. 

Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays. 

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits. 

Handle billing support, stock arrangement, replenishment, and store upkeep. 

Stay updated with latest fashion trends, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions. 

Support smooth store operations and coordinate effectively with the team. 

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 

Experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred. 

Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Presentable personality with strong customer handling ability. 

Passion for fashion, styling, and retail sales. 

Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
