About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, acquire new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing clients across Thane, Navi Mumbai, and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market mapping.
• Visit retailers, distributors, dealers, or customers as per the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.
• Maintain daily sales reports and submit visit reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Territory Sales.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling retailers, distributors, or direct customers is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
