Job Description
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive responsible for visiting customers, conducting basic eye tests, and promoting Lenskart products.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Visit customers based on leads provided (approx. 4–5 leads per day)
2. Conduct basic eye check-ups at customer locations
3. Demonstrate and explain eyewear products
4. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
6. Handle product delivery and service-related queries
7. Travel within assigned areas
*Eligibility Criteria:*
1. 12th pass / Graduation is mandatory
2. Must own a bike with a valid driving license
3. Comfortable with field sales and traveling
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Customer-centric approach
*Salary & Benefits:*
* Fixed Salary: ₹20,400 (In-hand)
* Petrol Reimbursement: ₹3 per km
* Additional incentives based on performance
