Job Role: Inbound Customer Support Executive (Godrej Inbound)
Location: Thane (ETPL)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
We are hiring Inbound Customer Support Executives for Godrej at the Thane ETPL location. The role involves handling inbound customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and requests efficiently
Provide accurate product/service information
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
Document interactions and follow company processes
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 months of work experience in any field
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Shift Timings:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off:
1 rotational off per week
Compensation:
In-hand salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month
Maximum CTC: As per company standards
