Job Description

Process: Kotak Bank - Domestic Voice Process

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound customer interactions
  • Explain banking products and services
  • Generate and share quality leads

 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum HSC Pass (Freshers can apply)
  • Good communication skills (Versant Level 3 required)
  • Basic understanding of customer handling

 Shift Details:

  • 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Sunday Fixed Off

 Salary: ₹14,500 Inhand | ₹18,000 CTC
