Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment and HR Operation. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring along with supporting HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50%)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with Team Leaders for hiring requirements
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

HR Operations (50%)

• Support in attendance and leave management
• Assist in onboarding and documentation
• Coordinate for payroll inputs
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle basic employee queries and support HR processes

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HR experience (major focus on recruitment)
• Prior experience in the real estate industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
