Job Title: Customer Support & Lead Generation Executive

 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off (working hours 7 pm to 4.30am)

focuses on helping other businesses outsource their non-core operations so those businesses can focus on growth, sales, and core activities. They usually support clients across industries like telecom, e-commerce, healthcare, finance, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to generate leads

Maintain lead data and Update CRM Records

Responsible for dealing with U.S customers

Handle customer queries and objections

Explain features and benefits clearly

Requirements :

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Willingness to work in US shift (night shift in India)

Confidence while speaking with customers

Basic CRM or call handling knowledge

Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to learn
