Job Title: Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare Process
Location: Thane west
Shift: Any Rotational Shifts (24/7), no shifts in midnight
Salary: Depends on last drawn (Max 40k inhand)
5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
No Transportation provided by the company
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our US Healthcare
process team.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
HSC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service, medical billing(preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Willingness to work US shifts.
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experience in claims processing, provider support, patient support, or revenue cycle
management.
Prior experience in a BPO or healthcare support environment.
