Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Monitoring & Health: Regularly track inventory health metrics, including availability, ageing, shrinkage (loss), and variances.
  • Inwarding & Dispatch: Coordinate with stores for timely inwarding of goods, picking, and dispatch.
  • Inventory Transfers: Execute and track inter-pod (store-to-store) inventory transfers based on demand signals.
  • Vendor Management: Manage local procurement, returns, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Audits & Reporting: Conduct stock-taking, maintain accurate records, and use dashboards to report KPIs.
  • Risk Management: Identify inventory risks and drive corrective actions with city and central teams.
